Hole #1 #1
is a 550 yard par 5 that will challenge you from your first tee shot.
Remember to choose the correct tees to accommodate your abilities.
You will have an excellent view of the course from these elevated
tees. There are several hazards on this hole. There is a creek bed
on the left that meanders from about the landing zone back to the tees.
On your second shot beware of hitting the ball too far, you may find
water, so ball placement is critical. Your third shot into this very large
two-tiered green will need to be played precisely so you don’t go over
the green. A large hill that drops off behind and to the left of
this green can make a recovery shot very difficult. |
